Does someone need to be present when the Cleaners arrive?

No. Its not mandatory for the client to be present upon the cleaners arrival. We ask that you leave instructions upon booking how to access the home. If the client prefers to be present at the home upon cleaners arrival, thats absolutely fine as our goal is to exceed the expectations of our client, we however request that each space being cleaned be clear of any obstruction. If there is no entry instruction or someone present at the house on arrival of the cleaning professionals a $35 lock out fee will be added to the clients balance.

Do I need to provide Cleaning Supplies?

We use and provide environmentally friendly supplies snd all equipment required for cleaning your home with the exception of a conventional mop and bucket and step stool. If the client prefer to use their own cleaning supplies for specific reasons, we ask that clear instructions noted upon booking and products are left accessible.

Can I give specific instructions to the cleaners and ask for special requests?

Yes. Special instructions can be left for the cleaning professionals when your book/schedule your appointment whether by phone or online. After the cleaning is complete, you can rate your experience and provide feedback at

Is Patrena Home Management only Manage homes and properties?

No. PHM provides a wide variety of services to include Cleaning Services under one umbrella allowing our clients to have a one stop shop experience.

Do you clean Office Spaces?

Yes. We offer cleaning services to Commercial Building and properties.

Do you clean after business hours?

Our Cleaning staff is able to clean day or night base on the clients preference. Most of our clients provides a key for after hours cleaning, so we can enter and clean without disruption.

What is your cancellation Policy?

We assess a $50 cancellation fee if appointments are not canceled by 3pm the day prior to the appointment. Clients can reschedule their appointment however, rescheduling of an appointment needs to be done by 3pm the day prior to the appointment without any charge to the client.

Do I leave a tip for the cleaners?

Tips are not required BUT are certainly accepted by our cleaners.

How do I update my billing address?

For updates on your billing information, simply onto your online portal using your user name and paaword or call the office if you have problems doing so.

When does my card get charged?

Your credit card is charge end of day on the day the cleaning is done. You will receive an automated email with the transaction information summary to notify you of the charge.

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

We accept credit and debit cards from MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We also accept payment using Venmo or Paypal. We accept checks as a form of Payment, however if check get returned, a $35 fee is added to you account balance. Make checks payable to PHM LLC. We DO NOT accept cash payments. Tip may be given in the form of cash (optional).

How to request a reclean?

Our goal is to exceed our clients expectations however,clients can request a re-clean either by email or by phone (631) 603-7855 as long as the appointment as long as a request was made within 24 hours of the completed cleaning. The re-clean appointment must be scheculed and complete within 72 hours of contact.

Is there management present on site?

Yes. Our cleaning professionals always have a quality control manager present at the end of each cleaning to ensure a quality check is done.

Do you provide Cleaning Services?

Yes. We offer Cleaning Services to both Residential and Commerial Properties as well as special events.
